About Grand Hotel Bernardin – convention centre
The St. Bernardin Convention Centre at the Grand Hotel Bernardin is an extensive venue, designed to facilitate the organisation of various events: conventions, seminars, workshops, presentations, press conferences and business meetings, as well as banquets, fashion shows and gala dinners. With a total of 19 multifunctional meeting rooms and divisible main hall for up to 1.100 delegates theatre style, the convention centre is the right venue for up to 2.615 delegates.
Grand Hotel Bernardin has 241 comfortably furnished rooms with balconies overlooking the sea. There are 10 luxury executive suites, 9 deluxe rooms and 7 mini-suites. Furthermore, the hotel boasts a swimming pool with heated sea water, Paradise Spa Wellness Centre, two restaurants, Pečina Restaurant and Sunset Restaurant, Grand Café and Cocktail Lounge with piano, Grand Garden Covered Terrace and Laguna Bernardin Water Park.

St. Bernardin Resort is located right next to the sea, along the popular seaside promenade between Portoroz and Piran. How to get to Portoroz from airports if you travel by plane
If you travel by plane, there are three nearby airports:
Trieste Airport (IT) located 40 min from the venue. Trieste airport, for its strategic location, is quickly and easily accessible from its whole catchment area, not only thanks to the excellent road and motorway links but also thanks to a network of attractive and high-frequency public transport services.
Ljubljana Joze Pucnik Airport (SI) is the Slovenia’s main airport, located 60 min from Portoroz. The Airport offers more than 270 weekly flights to 31 mostly European destinations.
Venice Marco Polo Airport (IT) 2 hours drive from Portoroz, The Airport is linked with 128 international destinations and with the direct flights from/to the USA.
